DISCLOSURES:

Driveway and access control. County shall allow only two driveway entrances and two driveway exits to and from the Property. Driveway access shall be from Nightflower and Starburst. A plan for a shared use driveway showing driveway configuration and location must be approved by the Transportation Systems Division of the Pima County Department of Transportation prior to occupancy or sale of the Property or any portion of the Property. Upon Approval of said plan, Buyer shall record easement.

Noise mitigation. The Property will be exposed to high roadway noise levels and noise mitigation is not Pima County’s responsibility. Pima County shall record an Affidavit disclosing such condition, together with access issues noted above, at close of escrow.
